Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — are often used in the same way. This policy covers all of them.

2. Our approach: we set no cookies

This website does not use cookies for visitors. You will not see a cookie banner when you visit, because there is nothing to consent to: we set no cookies of our own, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking.

The only cookies on this domain belong to the site’s admin area, and are set only for members of our team when they sign in, to keep them signed in.

3. What we use instead

So that the enquiry form and our simple statistics work, we store a small amount of information in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit only. This remembers:

  • which step of a form you had already reached, and your answers so far, so a refresh doesn’t lose them; and
  • which page or campaign link brought you to the site.

Session storage is cleared automatically when you close the tab. It is readable only by this site, cannot be seen by other websites, and is not used to follow you from site to site.

4. Third parties

We do not embed advertising or analytics cookies from third parties. Our fonts are served from our own site rather than from a font network. Some images are loaded from third-party image hosts; these are ordinary images and set no cookies. Ask iQube’s answers come from Google’s Gemini API through our own server, so your browser never connects to Google for them.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because we do not set any, doing so will not change how the site works for you. If you clear your browser’s site data, the enquiry form will simply forget the step you were on.
