5eedma

Work, found and paid for, in dinars
5eedma ('khedma', work) connects Algerian businesses with local freelancers: designers, developers, writers, marketers, video makers. Clients post a job, freelancers bid, and payment is released in dinars only when the work is approved. We built it from the ground up, from the name's mark and the visual identity to the UI/UX and the platform itself.
The challenge
Algerian freelancers mostly work through personal networks or foreign platforms that pay in currencies they can't easily use. Clients have no safe way to hire someone they don't know. The brand had to feel local and trustworthy in Arabic and Latin script, and the platform had to make hiring and getting paid feel safe.
The solution
A mark that fuses the Arabic letter kh, the 5 of 5eedma and an equals sign for fair exchange, in a bright cyan gradient with a pattern system drawn from it. A bilingual type pairing, Outfit with ITC Handel Gothic Arabic. Then the platform: categories, job posts and bids, profiles and reviews, and payment held until the client approves the work.

Live at 5eedma.com: post a job, take bids, pay in dinars when the work is done.
