Studios here are booked by the hour or the day, with crew, cameras and add-ons on top, and real money changes hands on every booking. HostX needed bookings, payments and invoices it could trust, one place for the team to run spaces, people and revenue, and a site that speaks to two very different audiences: creators who want to learn, create and earn, and the enablers who back them, from government entities to industry, impact and innovation partners.

Every booking is an order: a studio, a price by the hour or the day, add-ons, a customer and a status from pending to confirmed and completed, with an invoice for each payment that the team can filter, search and download. The admin dashboard puts revenue, bookings, users and visitors on one screen, next to the studios and their prices, workshops, users, forms, email templates and an email archive, a blog and a media library. Admins can ban a user, force a logout or remove an account, and add team members with custom roles, from studio booking agent to super admin, each with its own set of permissions.

In front of it, a bold black-and-volt website built around three pillars, Learn, Create and Engage, with pages for X Skool, X Labs, the ecosystem, enablers and the team, designed for desktop and mobile, in English and Arabic, with separate sign-up paths for creators and enablers.
